What documentation do I need to submit with my visa application?

The following are the general documents that are typically required for a Nepalese visa application in Nepal:

●A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and at least one blank page.

●A completed visa application form with accurate and up-to-date information.

●One recent passport-sized photograph.

●Proof of travel arrangements, such as flight tickets or itinerary.

●Proof of accommodation arrangements, such as hotel reservations or a letter of invitation.

●Proof of financial means, such as bank statements or a letter from your employer stating your salary.

●For business or study visas, a letter of invitation from the inviting organisation/institution in the country you are travelling to.

●For some visa types, such as work visas, additional documents may be required, such as a work permit, a contract with a local company, or a letter of recommendation.
